There will be a special called meeting by conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees Executive Committee at 10 a.m., Thursday, April 9, in Alderman Hall, Room 110.

The agenda items for consideration will be discussed in closed session as allowed under the Open Meetings Act in order to "establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the amount of compensation or other terms of an employment contract" and to "consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee." [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11 (a) (5) and (6)]
