The University of North Carolina Wilmington will hold a press conference at 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 12 to announce a major funding award related to marine science research.

The press conference will be held in the lobby of the UNCW Center for Marine Science on Marvin K. Moss Lane in Myrtle Grove.

Chancellor Rosemary DePaolo will share an exciting announcement that will highlight and enhance UNC Wilmington’s national reputation for leadership in marine science and ocean research.
