All UNCW classes and activities are operating on a normal schedule at this time. However, recent heavy rains have caused localized flooding on and adjacent to the campus. Additional rain is expected this afternoon and evening, and flash flooding may occur as creeks are already at capacity.

Be aware of possible hazardous conditions if rains are heavy, particularly in areas prone to flooding such as the intersection of Reynolds and Cahill Dr., New Centre Drive, Seahawk Landing, Honors Hall Parking Lot and Parking Lot E. It is possible that some of these areas will be closed to traffic if heavy rain resumes. As a precaution, you may wish to relocate your vehicle from these flood prone areas. Do not attempt to drive through standing waters.
