There will be a special called meeting via conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees executive committee at 4 p.m., Tuesday, July 28, 2009, originating in Alderman Hall Room 110.

As allowed under the Open Meetings Act, some of the meeting will be held in closed session “to establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the amount of compensation or other terms of an employment contract” [NCGS 143-318.11(a) (5)] and “to consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee” [NCGS 143-318.11(a) (6)].
