There will be a special called meeting by conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees Executive Committee at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 1, in Alderman Hall, Room 211. Members of the university’s Endowment Board will also participate.

The primary agenda item will be discussed in closed session as allowed under the Open Meetings Act in order to: “discuss matters relating to the location or expansion of business in the area served by this body [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11(a) (4)]” and to “establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiation of the price and terms of a contract concerning the acquisition of real property [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11(a) (5)].”
