Seahawks Helping Haiti

The UNCW Center for Leadership Education & Service and the Center for Teaching Excellence are hosting an informative panel discussion on understanding Haiti and giving back from 3 to 4:30 p.m. on Weds., Jan. 27 in the Masonboro Island Room (FSC 2011).

The Center for Leadership Education & Service has also compiled a list of resources for Haitian earthquake relief, which is available for download at www.uncw.edu/news/pdfs/haiti1.pdf.

Students from two sections of Associate Professor of Criminal Justice Darrell Irwin's Issues in Criminal Justice class are selling snacks and candy to raise cash to donate to the Haitian relief effort. Tables will be set up in the post office area of the Fisher University Union (FUU) or in the Fisher Student Center (FSC) from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on the days listed below:
