A special called meeting by conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees Executive Committee will be held at 9 a.m., Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, originating in Alderman Hall, Room 110.

The one agenda item for consideration will be discussed in closed session as allowed under the Open Meetings Act in order to "prevent the premature disclosure of an honorary award or scholarship." [N.C.G.S. 143-318.11(a)(2)]
