There will be a special called meeting by conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees Executive Committee at 10:30 a.m., Monday, May 23, 2011, originating in Alderman Hall, Room 110.

One agenda item for consideration will be discussed in closed session as allowed under the Open Meetings Act in order to "prevent the premature disclosure of an honorary award or scholarship." [N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11 (a) (2)]
