There will be a special called meeting by conference call of the UNC Wilmington Board of Trustees Executive Committee at 8:30 a.m., July 15, 2011, originating in Alderman Hall, Room 110.

Agenda items for consideration will be discussed in closed session as allowed under the Open Meetings Act in order to "prevent the disclosure of privileged information under the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act"[N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11 (a) (1)]; "establish or instruct the staff or agent concerning the negotiations of the amount of compensation or other terms of an employment contract"[N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11 (a) (5)]; and "consider the qualifications, competence, performance, condition of appointment of a public officer or employee or prospective public officer or employee"[N.C.G.S. & 143-318.11 (a) (6)].
