This message was being posted at 5:40 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15: UNCW faculty, staff and students no longer need to shelter in place. The suspect in the armed robbery at Hardees is still at large; extra security is on campus and police continue to investigate. Students are free to move about the campus but should remain alert.

Classes start at normal hours today.
