The Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina Wilmington will hold a special called meeting at 1 p.m., Friday, Dec. 16, in the Golden Hawk Room in Nixon Annex, adjacent to Trask Coliseum. The primary item of business will be consideration of recommendations for tuition and fees for the 2012-13 academic year. The board also will consider 2012-13 room and board and other rates.
