- Groundbreaking was held April 28, 2005.
- One element of the strategic plan of the university
is to provide on-campus housing for 40% of our undergraduate
students. The privatized student housing program,
which will provide housing for approx. 1780 students,
will help to accomplish this strategic goal.
- Phase
I of the program (Seahawk Village Apartments) was
completed for occupancy in August 2006.
- Phase II (Seahawk Landing) was completed August
2007.
- Phase III (Seahawk Crossing) was completed
August 2009.

Current Usage: |
- Housing for 518 students in 6 apartment
buildings, with a mix of 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments.
- Seahawk Village includes a club
house with a swimming pool.
