Campus Services handles general
property management matters for properties leased by the university.
New Leases and Renewals Campus Services works cooperatively with Purchasing
Services to establish new lease arrangements as authorized by the
senior officers, as well as renewals for established leases.
Building Operations Support Campus Services is the liaison between the university
departments and activities that tenant the leased spaces, and the
property owners. We also provide support for establishing and maintaining
adequate maintenance, any proposed changes to the facility, coordination
of necessary university services to the outlaying properties, and
other general concerns.
