Business Affairs Customer Service Survey
I would like to personally thank everyone who responded to the Spring 2011 Business Affairs Customer Service Survey. We are analyzing the feedback and working on customer service initiatives and improvement based on your input; especially in the areas of enhancing communications and interactions within the campus community.
To encourage survey participation, we offered three $100 Best Buy gift cards for those who completed the anonymous survey but opted to have their name entered into a drawing. We are pleased to announce that Jason Souza, Chervonne Miller and Paula Greene have won the gift cards.
All survey results were analyzed and compiled by Office of Institutional Research.
