1. Use of excess EPA (911100) funds to Budget Office, with justification

September 2-5, 2008 Review / Approval by Human Resources (spreadsheets)
September 8, 2008 BOT approval for any applicable internal actions (SAAO Tier I, etc.)
September 8-10, 2008 Review / Approval of Chancellor / Provost
September 10, 2008 Final salary increases sent to Human Resources for input into Banner HR and Budget Office starts keying "position" increases
September 12, 2008 Board of Governors meeting (to approve requests > 15% and $10,000)
September 18, 2008 Payroll cutoff
September 19, 2008

Final action by President on required approvals for salary increases

(> 15% and $10,000 and SAAO > BOG salary ranges)

September 30, 2008 Monthly payroll with EPA increases

 

NOTE: All pay increases will be retroactive to July 1, 2008. September paychecks will include any retroactive pay with the employee's new monthly pay.
