All cardholders are responsible for closing their account if they wish to be refunded. To close a Seahawk Buck$ account, the cardholder must fill out a Seahawk Buck$ Refund Request Form and return it to the Auxiliary Services Office. When a Seahawk Buck$ account is closed, refunds will be given for a balance greater than $5.00. Refunds are adjusted for any outstanding charges on the student's account. The account may be closed at anytime - if there is a balance greater than $5.00; however, once the account is closed, it may not be re-opened until the next semester. All refunds are subject to the student's account receivable, and all checks are mailed to the permanent mailing address. 12. How do I know how much money
