All student mail is delivered to one central location in
the University Union for pickup.
This
semester, only freshmen, residential and international students will
automatically be assigned a campus box. If you want the convenience
of an on-campus shipping address, please fill out a "Seahawk
Mail - Campus Mailbox Request Form" and bring it to the University Union.
- The campus box serves as his or her official campus
address and the only mailing address for students living on campus. Boxes
are required for 12-month residents of UNCW.
- US mail is distributed to the campus boxes by 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Seahawk Landing mail is delivered by 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Your personal identity
is very important to us. Please make sure that you close your campus
box and spin the combination dial at least once to clear the numbers. Identity
theft is a nationwide problem and taking these measures will help
to prevent someone accessing your campus box after you leave the
area.
It
is the student’s responsibility to retrieve their mail from their
box.

(Dashes are the digits of the student's campus box number)
Correct mailing addresses will ensure mail and package arrivals in a timely manner.
