Conference Services

Conference Services provides one-stop conference planning at UNC Wilmington. We custom design your conference package, including facilities, catering, audio/visual support, registration and more. Our goal is to set up your event so it goes off without a hitch, so you can keep your mind on your meeting objectives.

Catering

Catering is provided on campus by ARAMark. Whether your event requires casual refreshment or elegant dining, ARAMark provides quality meals and snacks served in clean, comfortable settings.

Location and Facilities

Wilmington's coastal location provides recreational and leisure opportunities to enhance your stay. Located just six miles from the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean, the relaxed lifestyle provides a diversified selection of fun activities. In addition, Wilmington is approximately 2 hours, on I-40, from Research Triangle Park.

Recreational Facilities

The university offers an open and spacious campus that serves as an inviting haven for study and leisure. Amenities include a fitness trail, outdoor track, jogging trail, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, and wildflower preserve, all within easy walking distance of each other.

Summer Housing Opportunities

UNC Wilmington is able to house approximately 2,000 participants from late May through early August. In addition to the traditional residence halls, we have suite and apartment style housing. All housing is air conditioned.
