You can down load an application. Go back to NC CWEC Home page click Links on the left side of page.  This will take you to a list of frequently used resources for child welfare scholars. At he top of the page is a link to the Collaborative Central Office, click this link.  On the left side of this page click Apply to the Collaborative.
