For Students
The University of North Carolina Online

The UNC General Administration has developed a web portal to facilitate the inter-institutional registration for online classes. If you are a degree-seeking student at UNCW, you have the opportunity to register for an online class offered by another UNC campus. The UNC school offering the online class will bill you directly for the tuition and fees for that class. Also, the school offering the class will set the start and end dates and add/drop deadlines (which might be different than UNCW’s dates).
An overview of this inter-institutional registration program is available at http://online.northcarolina.edu/ Students may view lists of available online classes and to begin the registration process.
Financial Aid Resources
Detailed information on Financial Aid is available through UNCW's Office of Scholarship and Financial Aid website.
The following link on the Financial Aid website will provide you with a tutorial and valuable information to assist you in applying for financial aid through SeaNet.
Scholarship Information
Scholarships are a financial resource for students that do not have to be repaid. Scholarships may be awarded to a student through an application process, but some students are selected solely on university records with no application. Scholarships may be offered from a variety of different sources including the university’s many departments, outside agencies, and state agencies.
If applying for a scholarship requiring financial need, the student must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid.
