Spend a half-day at the UNCW Center for Marine Science understanding the dynamic field of marine science through interactive classroom and lab activities. Our hands-on approach to learning allows students the opportunity to get involved and stay engaged. School groups may selected one of the following tracks while attending the Marine Explorers program:

Geological Ocean
Physical Ocean
Agendas are based on national education standards, including ocean literacy principals, and many highlight UNCW faculty research.
Due to limited lab space, the Marine Explores program is limited to 55 participants. If your school groups exceeds our maximum capacity, please call MarineQuest to discuss a variety of split group options.
