MarineQuest programs are based out of UNCW's main campus at 601 South College Road, Wilmington, NC 28403. The campus is located approximately 7 miles (15-20 minute drive) from Wilmington International Airport (ILM).
For your convenience, MarineQuest staff can pick-up your child from ILM on the first day of camp and drop them off on the final day of camp at no cost. This service is provided only on the first and last day of camp.
To arrange for an airport pick-up or drop-off, click here to fill out the online MarineQuest request form. Please follow-up with all airport requests by phone to ensure that the request has been received.
ILM is served by US Airways and Delta. Check with the airlines for details/restrictions about children flying alone. Generally, airlines require an additional fee as well as forms listing the exact information about the individual(s) meeting your child. Use the links below to find more information about each airline's 'children flying alone' policy.
Before making your reservation, contact the MarineQuest office at 910/962.2640 to confirm the availability of a staff member to meet your child and receive contact information for the MarineQuest staff member who will meet your child at ILM.
