• To improve teachers’ and administrators’ attitudes, knowledge, skills , and abilities in working with at-risk students an diversity

• To improve teachers’ and administrators’ attitudes, knowledge, skills and abilities to effectively educate Limited English Proficiency Hispanic students

• To improve teachers’ and administrators’ knowledge and skills in coaching and mentoring teachers

• Create structures for dissemination of information on effective instructional practices that leads to successful education of LEP and at-risk students

• Participants will receive 3.6 CEU’s in Reading
• $1000 stipend
• $450 for  materials and supplies
