Welcome to the MSA Program
The School Administration Program is composed of four thematic units: School Leader as Learner and Learned; School Leader as Conceptualizer, Synthesizer and Inventor; School Leader as Decision Maker, Problem Solver and Assessor; and School Leader as Planner, Operations Guide, Evaluator, and Communicator.
The graduate program incorporates the conceptual framework which is common to all teacher education programs at UNCW: The Watson College of Education develops highly competent professional to serve in educational leadership roles.
UNCW participates in the NC Principal Fellows Program. See the Principal Fellows page for more information. Graduate Assistantships may be available to qualified students.
