2011 Emeriti Faculty Luncheon
The Watson School of Education hosted an Emeriti Faculty Luncheon on Friday, October 14, 2011. Dean Kenneth Teitelbaum, along with Associate Dean Carol McNulty, Department Chairs Jim Applefield, Susan Catapano, Vance Durrington and Tracy Hargrove, staff members Jan Siko, Nancy Jones and Krysti Wetherill, and student Sarah Lefevers welcomed our former colleagues in the Ed Lab in the Education Building. The eight emeriti faculty who joined us were Paz Bartolome (and guest Jean Bullock), Calvin Doss, Hathia and Andrew Hayes, Noel Jones (and his wife), Betty Stike (and guest Clara Huff), Carol Chase Thomas, and Eleanor Wright. A highlight of the luncheon was the stories told by the emeriti faculty about their UNCW and Watson School experiences.
