Uploading Artifacts
Uploading Your Documents to the Foundations Portfolio
1. Log into Taskstream.
2. Click on Web Folio Builder in the left column.
3. On the right scroll down and find your Foundations Portfolio and click once on it.
4. Your portfolio will open. Click on the artifacts tab under the course you want to edit.

5. On the right click on the button. This will pop up a window allowing you to enter in evidence for that course.
6. In the window that appears, notice the tabs across the top.

To upload documents as evidence for EDN 200, 203, or 301:

1. Click the attachments tab.
2. Give the attachment a title.
3. Click on the browse button, and then from the dialogue box locate your document to be attached and click on the document. Click Open on the dialogue box.
4. Click on the yellow Add File button.
5. You will see that your file is now attached.
6. Repeat the process for any other files.

To upload a web site address as evidence for EDN 303:

1. Click the Web Links tab.
2. Give the link a title.
3. Type in your web page address to the “Link to Outside Web Site” box.
4. Click on the yellow Add Link button.

When you are ready to Submit your portfolio for review:
1. Click the Publish/Share Tab at the top of your portfolio.

2. Then click the button.
3. Choose to share the Entire portfolio, then click continue.
4. On the next screen, find the Foundation Portfolio Section, choose to share it with Foundations Reviewer 1 and Foundations Reviewer 2.
5. Scroll down and click submit for review.
6. That’s it. Your foundations portfolio has been submitted.
