(Before you can use this feature you have to create a group in TaskStream with your participants enrolled in it. For more information on creating a group, see the Creating Group Instructions.)

1.Log into TaskStream
2.Click on Message Center Link on the left of the screen.
(All your messages will appear in the box on the right.)
3 .Click the Compose tab at the top of the Message Center.
4 .Click the To: button to open the Member Locator.

3.Click on the folder icon labeled Programs.

4. Scroll down and find your program listed. Click once on that folder to open it.

5. You will see a listing of all participants in that group now in the second column.

6. Place a check in the box beside of select all.

7. All of your recipients will now be moved to the third column.

8. Click the save button at the top of the third column.

9. You will be returned to your message, and will see the TO: line at the top has your recipients in it.
