Teacher Cadets are invited to meet the local non-profits through a presentation series
highlighting successful initiatives / strategies, research, grant and outreach opportunities in our community.

Two distinguished educators will be joining us for public presentations and Q&A during this academic year. These speakers inaugurate the WATSON COLLEGE OF EDUCATION PUBLIC SPEAKER SERIES.
Sonia Nieto, professor emerita at the University of Massachusetts and author of numerous publications.
LOCATION / TIME: Her public lecture will begin at 5:30 p.m. in Lumina Theater. There will be a book signing.
As suggested by the title of this series, the presentations / discussions are open to all faculty, staff, students and community members.
