Based on the game of golf, Will It Phase You?©
focuses on the cycle of emotional phases beginning
teachers experience: anticipation, survival,
disillusionment, rejuvenation and reflection. The game and workshop experience is targeted
toward students as they begin their careers, teachers
in their first few years in the field and the teachers
and administrators who mentor beginning teachers. It affords
opportunities to understand and react to realistic
scenarios before facing them in the classroom and
mentoring roles.
