l. Public Service & Extended Education Committee

[called Continuing Education Committee prior to 2/18/97; see previous language.]

  1. Duties. To advise in the planning, direction, and operation of Public Service and Extended Education, especially in terms of program content and in the relevance of its operations to student, community, university, and administrative needs. To serve as liaison between the faculty and the Division of Public Service and Extended Education.
  2. Membership. Seven faculty members, and two members from the community at large. The Vice Chancellor for Public Service and Extended Education shall be an ex officio non-voting member.
