Navigating the Handbook

The Handbook is organized into the seven sections that appear to the left. Clicking on any one of them will bring up a secondary menu in a middle column. Clicking on one of these options will bring up a yet more specific menu in the right column. Clicking on some options will display information on a page such as this one or will link to a page outside the Handbook (sample outside link).
