Any veteran with a 20% or more disability rating is eligible to apply for the Vocational Rehabilitation Program under Chapter 31 of the VA Regulations. You must deal directly with the VA to establish eligibility for this program. If approved, tuition, fees, books, supplies, parking decal, etc., are paid for by the VA. You will also receive a monthly subsistence allowance. Refer to the 'Program Summary' at the end of these pages for additional information and contact the VA for an application.
