Hongxin Gu specializes in English language and literature and cross-cultural studies.  He attended the 2010 Workshop for Chinese Directors of Confuscius Institute and has been trained to manage affairs concerning Chinese language teaching and culture. Born and bred in China, he is proficient in both Chinese and English and hold a part-time job as a translator for China-European Internation Business School. In addition, he is also a  persistent and enthusiastic practitioner of Chen styleTaiji and has made a number of friends both in China and other countries.
