Keri Chandler is a Lecturer of Spanish at UNCW.  She received her M.A. from the University of South Carolina, and is a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Her dissertation is titled, “The Nature of Woman:  Nature Writing by Women Poets in Eighteenth- and Nineteenth-Century Spain.”  Her research interests also include ecofeminism and contemporary Spanish and Latin-American women authors.
