The Electronic Journal Entry
All Journal Entries (JEs) must be completed electronically using the template provided below – manual entries are NO longer accepted.
Please note that the electronic submission of any JE is now required for upload into Banner. The JE must include the following valid codes: Fund, Account, Organization and Program. Banner will reject any outdated/changed codes.
A class on Journal Entries (ACT301) is offered each quarter which provides guidance on how to prepare and submit JEs as well as the policies and procedures regarding the process. You can register online for this course through Finance Training.
