- You may make your payment online by credit card via SeaNet. Instructions are listed below.
- Payments may also be made online using the E-bill website. Instructions are listed below.
- Payments may be made at the Cashier’s Office (Warwick Center)) during regular business hours.
If you choose to pay online using SeaNet, please follow these steps:
1. Go to SeaNet
2. Select “Secure Login for faculty, staff and students”
3. Type your ID number (850 number) and the PIN (originally set to your birth date MM/DD/YY)
4. Select “Student Services & Financial Aid”
5. Click on “Student Records”
6. Select “Account Summary”
7. At the bottom of the page, you will have the option “Credit Card Payment”.
Registration and Payment Deadlines
If you choose to pay online using E-bill, please follow these steps:
1. Go to E-bill
2. Your login information is your UNCW student ID number (850 number) and the six digit PIN (originally set to your birth date MM/DD/YY)
3. Select the "My Profiles" tab at the top of the page.
Set up your Payment Profile for quick access to saved payment methods you can use to pay your account.
4. Set up your authorized users page. The tab is located at the top of all of the pages. This provides access to parents, grandparents, or anyone who you want to have access to your account information. If you do not pay your bill yourself then this is an important part of the set up process. Authorized users will be able to view, pay and receive email notification of due dates and reminders on your billing activity. They may also print a copy of your current bill.
5. Congratulations! You have completed E-bill set up and are ready to use this process to view, print and pay your bills.
