Within the Therapeutic Recreation Bachelor of Arts Degree program, students learn to assist individuals with various disabilities in the rehabilitation process by using recreation as a therapeutic medium. Although a separate B.A. program, the Therapeutic Recreation Degree program is a component of the Parks and Recreation Management curriculum, and is accredited by the NRPA/AALR.
