Community Outreach Programs

Community Connections-Computer Companion Program: A program for seniors who are isolated and the use of a computer is necessary. We will place a computer in their home and train them how to use them.

TimeSlips: Creative story telling intervention with residents of long-term care facilities including those with dementia.

Senior Dream Network: Make-A-Wish program for seniors.

Her Majesty’s Royal Wardrobe: Closet of donated formal clothing for seniors                                                                                                       

Community Care-A-Van: Transportation program
