Healthy is the New Skinny

Too often the focus of eating well and exercise is on obtaining that desired pant size or those elusive “six-pack abs,” rather than on overall wellness. From this program, students will learn the benefits of eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly aside from the common motivators of weight loss and body perfection. Who would have known how great it feels to stop focusing on appearance and start focusing on health?!
