Individual Differences as Predictors of Participation in a Learning Program and Grades

 

129 participants completed measures assessing locus of control (LOC) and broader personality traits using the NEO-FFI. 47 attended one or more sessions in a learning program to improve exam performance. Although broader traits predict performance, LOC adds significantly to the prediction of grades and participation in the learning program.
