Minimum Qualifications: Significant experience in development work including a record of success in cultivating, soliciting and closing major gifts;  demonstrated experience in prospect research and stewardship; demonstrated management experience commensurate with the needs of leading a large, complex division; collaborative work style; exceptional communications skills; understanding of the university shared governance environment; experience in information technology related to fund raising; understanding of the importance of alumni; Bachelor’s degree required.

Exceptional candidates will be passionate, innovative, self-directed individuals with a love of higher education, and possess an understanding of budgets, endowments, business analytics, and personnel management and productivity.
