Lecturer - Chemistry (General, Organic)
The University of North Carolina Wilmington invites applications for a full time, one-year lecturer in the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry beginning August 2014. This position is a nine-month, non-tenure track appointment for the 2014-15 academic year.
Responsibilities include teaching general and organic chemistry courses, including the laboratories. In addition, the candidate may be asked to teach upper-level laboratory courses in their area of expertise. A Ph.D. in chemistry (area open) is required and experience teaching general and/or organic chemistry is preferred.
