COASTAL PLANT ECOLOGIST

The Department of Biology and Marine Biology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) invites applications for a tenure-track position beginning August 2009. We seek candidates with research interests focused on coastal plant ecology. Duties include teaching an undergraduate course in ecology, participating in the graduate program, and maintaining an active research program.The Department offers B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees. Excellent support for research is provided both in the Department and at the Center for Marine Science (www.uncw.edu/bio and www.uncw.edu/cmsr). Candidates must have a Ph.D. and post-doctoral experience.
