Michael Seidman attended the conference, The Spanish Civil War in the Age of Total War, sponsored by the University of Munich, July 13-14 2006.  Seidman's first book, Workers against Work:  Labor in Paris and Barcelona during the Popular Fronts (1936-38), (University of California Press, Berkeley and Los Angeles, 1991, 399 pages) has been updated and partially translated into Greek.
