Dr. Townend will lead a study abroad program to the Swansea University in Wales next Spring semester, a great opportunity for student to experience student life at the university designated by the Times of London as having the “best student experience” in the United Kingdom.  The study abroad program features an internship experience for all participants, and a four week (4!!!) break in the spring that allows for extensive European travel.  Swansea is a ferry ride away from Ireland and a short rail journey from London for day/weekend excursions.  Interested students should contact Dr. Townend (townendp@uncw.edu) or Kara Pike (pikek@uncw.edu) in the office of International Programs.
