Enter your newly retrieved UNCW e-mail ID and click Submit

If this is the first time you are setting a password, you will need to complete the security questionnaire. Click on the link to take you to the Security Questionnaire Page. If you already have a Security Question set, skip to step 9.

Since you do not have an e-mail password yet, you will need to click on the link,
"I wish to logon using my Student ID and SeaNet PIN."

Enter your Student ID and PIN and click Submit.

Select a Security Question or Select the Opt Out option and press Submit.

NOTE: If you select Opt Out, you cannot change your password through this Web site. You will need to bring your Student ID to Hoggard Hall, Room 131 to have your password reset!

Provide the answer to your security question in both boxes - your Security Answer

After you successfully set a security question, you can change your password. Click on the Password Change Page link.

Enter your UNCW e-mail ID and click Submit.

Enter the Answer to your Security Question - note the answer is case sensitive.

Enter a new password - enter the same information in both boxes to verify the typing of the new password - and click Submit.

NOTE: Your e-mail password IS case sensitive.

Your password is now set successfully! Passwords expire every 90 days but you will only need to enter your Security Answer before you can reset your password next time.

If you cannot remember your Security Question and would like to set a new one or you Opted Out of this process and would like to Opt back in, bring your UNCW ID to the Technology Assistance Center (TAC) in Hoggard Hall/TSC 131.

If you Opted Out and just need to set a new password, bring your UNCW ID to Computer Operations in Hoggard Hall/TSC 233 to have your password reset.
