Welcome to the University of North Carolina Wilmington in Second Life
Just like in real life, there are a number of specific behaviors that will not be tolerated in Second Life. Here are a few general guidelines to follow:
- Don’t push other people around. Apologize if you do.
- Regions all across the grid are marked PG. Please refrain from speech, behavior, sounds, or images which would not be acceptable to a general audience, similar to the standards for broadcast television or a PG rated movie.
- Don’t sell scripts and objects that are free to copy.
- No violence or vandalism.
- Do not sell anything in the sandboxes.
- If you are building in a sandbox, share the space and prims. Clean up after yourself when you leave.
- Do not “test” your scripts on other people without asking them first.
- Playing sounds can be fun, but limit playing the same sounds over and over. Please make sure that sounds follow PG rules.
- Don't disturb the peace.
- Be respectful.
- No vampire bites or requests.
- Please no spamming.
- Must be 18 years of age to enter.

- Any misconduct will result in banishment from UNCW Island as well as in a report to Linden Labs.
