Rental of Kenan Auditorium is based on hourly fees between 8am and Midnight. Overtime charges are 1.5 times the regular rate. Holiday rentals are 2 times the regular rate.

All events require a minimum crew consisting of Crew Chief, House Manager, Box Office Manager and staff*, and at least one Technician. All Kenan crew are subject to our labor contract of a four-hour minimum call. (See Minimum Call for more information.)
