Spanish Conversation Center

The Department of World Languages and Cultures invites you to visit our Spanish Conversation Center to practice your spoken Spanish. The Spanish Conversation Center is staffed by graduate students in the Master of Arts in Spanish Program. The Center is free and open to everyone, including community members. You do not have to be enrolled in a Spanish course at UNCW to take advantage of this opportunity.

"On a whim, I decided to sign up for a session (which is online during the summer). The student that was leading the conversation is from Spain and she was actually IN Spain when we had our conversation. It was great too because it was just her and I talking for 30 minutes. It was such a wonderful opportunity. She even helped me by typing words that I needed help with or that I asked about into the message box." MP, 2016

Conversation Leaders

The conversation leaders are graduate students enrolled in the MA in Spanish program at UNCW. To learn more about them, please see below.

¡Hola! He viajado a Guatemala, México, España, Italia y Suiza y me encanta viajar.
