This dolphin stranded dead in a creek bed in Yorktown, VA, where it was retrieved by Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science Center (VAQS) Stranding team members. The VAQS team retrieved the animal and transported it to Washington, NC for transfer to UNCW for necropsy.
